EDVentures 2008 Conference Schedule

WHEN SHOULD YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AND LEAVE

July 21st Arrival: Most members and guests will be arriving mid-day on Monday July 21 in time to attend Special Meetings and “CONNECTIONS”, our Premier Round Table Event for business growth, student success, and entrepreneurial leadership. This “must attend”, two part session is our special conference Kick-Off with featured presenters who will lead participants into lively conversations about many of the most important topics in education today. Following this event is a special exhibitor’s reception at 5:30 pm.

July 23rd Departure: The official EDVentures Conference will end at 1:45 pm on July 23.
 
 If you decide to attend our Block-Buster Post-Conference Seminar, “Hiring Classification Mistakes Will Cost You IRS Fines”, then you will want to plan to depart on the evening of July 23rd or the morning of July 24th depending on where you are traveling.

CONFERENCE COSTS AND DEADLINES

Early Bird Registration: EXPIRED JUNE 30th!!!! $295 thru June 30th for EIA and NIPSA members; $350 for non-members.

Regular Registration: After June 30th, $395 for Individual, Business, and NIPSA Members. The fee for non-members is $495 (Join EIA before registering and save $$). Public School Administrator registration is complementary. No Refunds after June 30th.

Onsite Registration: After July 18th 2008

Hotel Reservations: The deadline to receive the group rate at the newly renovated Westin-San Diego is July 7th, 2008 or as long as rooms are available.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE

The 2008 EDVentures Conference will have over 50 breakout sessions and round table interactive discussions for members of the K-12 education marketplace: Learning Center owners and personnel; SES providers and tutors; Private School and Charter School entrepreneurs; Alternative Education providers; Investors; and Marketing consultants.
