|National Contracts Streamline District Purchasing|
The National Joint Powers Alliance, in its preferred partnership with EIA, will create national RFPs and national contracts with multiple awardees likely for ed-tech, curricula and a host of school and student improvement solutions. NJPA is the premier governmental purchasing cooperative to which most school districts, state/local governments and non profits belong. The benefit for contract awardees and buyers is selling off the national contract eliminates the need for a local RFP and contract, thus saving both sellers and buyers considerable time in the procurement process.
EIA's role with NJPA is to guide the development of the RFP(s), communicate the initiative to potential bidders and help successful awardees maximize the use of the national contract. For more information, contact Steve Pines, EIA.
