The National Joint Powers Alliance, in its preferred partnership with EIA, has published a national RFP that will lead to a national contract with multiple awardees likely for ed-tech, curricula and a host of school and student improvement solutions. The benefit for contract awardees and buyers is selling off the national contract eliminates the need for a local RFP and contract, thus saving both sellers and buyers considerable time in the procurement process.
EIA's role with NJPA is to guide the development of the RFP(s), communicate the initiative to potential bidders and help successful awardees maximize the use of the national contract.
