Quality Standards and Code of Ethics

The Members of the EIA set the example for high quality service and business ethics in their everyday operations, whether they provide services to individual consumers or through their partnerships with States and school districts. We expect all members of the association to carefully review our standards of quality and business ethics, that were developed by your peers, and work diligently to ensure that your own organization and its employees uphold these values.

Affirmation of these standards is a condition of membership, and by joining EIA, you are committing your organization to fully adopt these criteria.
