Webinars - Fact Sheets for New Opportunities

To help EIA members and other entrepreneurs identify new business opportunities and serve their communities more effectively, the EIA, in conjunction with EDUMETRIX, has produced a series of fact sheets to describe new business opportunities in preK-12.

In addition to the distribution of fact sheets exclusively for EIA members, we will produce a webinar series led by experts covering each fact sheet area and offering Q/A opportunities.  Additional webinars from EIA will be held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month following this inaugural session, so hold those dates now. Participation is free to EIA members and is designed to help our Members diversify and grow their enterprises. Non-members may attend for just $49.  All interested individuals must register at Webinar Series Registration.  For assistance with registration, please contact Clare@educationinindustry.org.

Google Analytics has become one of the most popular tools for tracking website visitors and traffic used by website owners today.  Google Analytics provides an easy to use interface, minimal coding and accurate reporting.  In this webinar from the Education Industry Association and Glasner Consulting, you will learn how to make the most out of Google Analytics.  We'll cover the basics to get you up and running, then delve into some of the more advanced features to make the most of your account.  Our presenter will show you step-by-step how to create and add tracking tags to URLs, use event tracking on your site, build custom reports or segments and set up delivery of reports via email.  Using Google Analytics, we can answer questions such as:

•    What pages are the most popular and which ones do visitors spend the most time on?
•    What marketing activities bring in the most traffic?
•    Which marketing activities produce conversions or sales?  What conversion rate do they have?
•    Where do visitors come from (both physical location and which sites or search engines)?
•    What keywords do people use when searching for my site?

You learn how to answer all these questions and more using Google Analytics during our 1-hour presentation.  We'll also have a Q&A session at the end of the presentation to answer any questions on the materials or your specific questions on Google Analytics during the session.
